Honest to Blog
It’s awkward. I’m not sure how personal I want to get on this new blog home. My last blog, and even my Twitter, I got a bit too personal, because I only picture my friends reading this and not creepos from the Interweb. Creepos from the Interweb read my LiveJournal and follow(ed) my Twitter. So, I guess we’ll see what happens here. I will be honest. That I promise. Now, on with the show…

Go Fuck Off to the Hamptons
I hate seeing “how the other half live” if what they do is constantly shop and complain. I don’t understand this trend in television right now. I’m thinking of shows like “The Real Housewives of Orange County/New York City,” “The Hills,” “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Who can watch an episode of one of those shows and not want to shake your head, questioning where the world went wrong. David Cross does a fantastic bit that refers to the show “The Simple Life,” (that show with Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie), which he describes as “a show that glorifies these two rich, giggling cunts, who have no respect for anyone, and get away with anything.” Exactly. I’m tired of rich, giggling cunts … the ones on t.v., the ones on the covers of magazines… I really love pop culture. But there is just so much to complain about in it.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame
On Wednesday, Radish and I went to the Brewers-Reds game. It was my second game of the season. At this one, I sat behind first base … very close to Prince Fielder and his M.C. Hammer pants. I really don’t believe the Brew Crew has fixed their bullpen problem that they claim. Watching Dave Bush on the mound is just painful, and they don’t pull him until the game is a lost cause. Also, at least at that game, at the plate, the pop fly was killing me! There is nothing wrong with a nice base hit. Not everything has to be a dinger. The atmosphere at the game was pretty fantastic for a Wednesday night. We managed to get inside the shop where I found a kick arse Brewers sticker for my car. We also got our picture taken at the U.S. Cellular stand with a life-sized cutout of Ryan Braun. And, I got my picture taken with the Polish and Radish with the Brat. Also, we explored the new dining options at Miller Park. There is a new place called Wok-Off Noodles where we sampled Thai peanut noodles, which were delicious, but not suitable baseball game food. I’m still very pumped up about this season. The Crew beat the Mets today. I’m going with K, P and S on March 27.

An Out Clause
This blog post has been written on prescription painkillers that have been prescribed by a license doctor. But, keep that in mind while reading… I’m not of sound mind. And, in need of hugs and a Nintendo DS with Cooking Mama and Brain Age. And a turtle sundae with extra pecans would be nice.
