On my way home from work, I was thinking about memorable things I’ve eaten — either at a restaurant, on a trip, at someone’s home or at my kitchen table. So, I decided to make a list here. Enjoy!

2. Cheeseballs from the Bristol Renaissance Faire
3. Crabcakes overlooking the Chesapeake Bay
4. When M., my ex, made me my two favorite dishes for Valentine’s Day one year — crabcakes and chicken mole
5. Floppy New York-style cheese pizza delivered to M.’s apartment in Brooklyn
